Bad Experience

I purchased the service to mail a small package of 4.6 pounds to Canada.
-The was some discrepancy in some of the printable labels, the weight was incorrectly specified as 7 pounds.
-The website offered the service for $33 than it was changed at the end to $43.
-The website was saying delivery in 2-3 days. It took 11 days. The USP mailman did not accept the paperwork for the package in regards to the custom and duty. He said he didn't know anything about it and only accepted the package.
-When the package was in Canada there was a request for additional payment of $47 including $32 for brokerage fee which for the package of $80 value should have been $19 based on the UPS website "Rates for Customs Clearance into Canada".
- There was no mentioning about this charge in Parcel Monkey's website not to mention the overcharge. I called in to find out why. It was obvious that the rep could not do anything. Overall it was a very bad experience with Parcel Monkey.Parcel Monkey replied on 11/25/19

Brokerage Fees too high. Poor Customer Service over the phone when called.

Almost perfect, only missing out on five stars as they were a little later than announced to collect the parcels... but they did apologize! Recommended.
