I was pleased to find the service with Parcel Monkey. It was easy to book my packages and the costs were definitely better than I could have gotten myself.
One issue that I did experience was the pickup. I assumed that pickup was booked when I entered the order but UPS advised they had the labels but no pickup instructions. That may have been my fault as I possibly did not read the instructions fully.
Regardless, I dropped off my parcels at UPS and they arrived safely and ontime to our clients.
I will definitely use the service again.
