Faster that fast

Amazing.
I was distracted as i filled the paperwork on the night before and put my order in around 9am. Was surprised it wasn't booted for a date change. At 3pm there was a van at my gate.

Pick-up and Delivery prompt. well done. Website - not so much.

Am a repeat customer.
Issues that were causing hiccups the other time, are still issues now (for e.g. website does not update promptly, no info the for e.g. driver is en route for pick-up or en route for delivery. Even after pick-up has taken place, site still showed ' pending'.)
in 2017 I was assured that those issues would be resolved soon.
Not my experience 17 months later
Plus Long wait time to 'chat' with a customer rep.
so - my four stars are for the promptness of the actual pickup and delivery of the parcels.
was like a breeze. please pass along the compliments.
website itself , ease of navigation, responses, etc: 2.5 to 3 stars.
much room for improvement still.

The package was picked up on time by a respectful agent, delivered faster than I expected - especially as it went from Germany to the UK.
Will definitely use them and your service again!
