Where is my non delivered package????

I am trying to contact UPS that has not delivered my item, and has not returned it either, I have had zero contact with them and now it seems I have lost the package entirely,- your service is pathetic.

Perfect, parcelmonkey's website is easy to use, UPS was the best option for what I wanted France to UK, stated 4-5 working days for delivery but the parcel was collected on Monday and delivered on Wednesday, I would definitely use this site again.

scammers charge 5EUR for orders cancellation despite the fact they don't need to pay anything to the couriers.

However the charge of 5Euros coresponds to the Pick-up fee charged by the carrier due to the fact that the shipment was cancelled after collection date.
It is included in the terms and conditions of sales you've approved,
