Terrible Service with additional charges on top

The worst shipping service ever!! I was at home waiting for the shipment but I neither received a call nor my door bell rang. However, after couple of hours, I received an email that delivery failed as I was not at home. This happened for 3 consecutive days. I informed the Parcel Monkey representatives regarding the same on the first attempt itself but was of no use.
You can't directly contact them since Parcel Monkey is the mediator. Though Parcel Monkey representatives are nice and responsive they weren't able to make my experience better since UPS delivery personnel was JUST LAZY AND TERRIBLE.
On top of this, they charged me additional for incorrect dimensions. That is plain hilarious, as I used DHL boxes to ship and they have standard measurements.
SO, I HIGHLY ADVICE/RECOMMEND ANYONE THINKING OF UPS NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE. I AM NOT GOING TO USE PARCEL MONKEY EVER AGAIN!!Agent replied on 11/25/20

Very impressed I logged in at 1000 parcel collected at 1200 on a monday, received in U.K. all intact Wednesday evening.
Living in the countryside in France, didn't expect it to be so quick.... last time I used a courier service waited 4 days and had then phone to chase pickup, result was it missed deadline and ended up late :(
