DATE CONFUSION

I live in France, Europe so using an American date format confuses - I read the date as 4th April when I saw 04/03/2020. Accordingly the package was not ready when, remarkably, the driver arrived just after an hour from my booking. Of course, it should have read 03/04/2020 and had it done so the driver would not have had to come back on Monday to collect it!
