Awaiting Label // how to waste your entire day with parcel monkey

I was told at 9am by Erika on Chat Feature that I should wait all day at home until 6pm for this label and to check back in 30 mins for my label. I waited at home until 12:30- checking back every 30 mins, and nothing. I spoke to Erika again on Chat Feature and she then told me there was an error with my order and that if the label couldn't be printed today I would have to take my package to UPS myself- not the service I paid for. Now it is 15:00 and still I can not print the label and I have wasted my whole day trying to get this package picked up.
