I had to stay at home the whole day waiting on the pick up and they didn't pick up until 6pm so the whole day was lost.
To avoid this in the future, it would be better to drop the packages off instead of them picking them up. And no way to contact anyone but through a chat which they do not respond until 24 hours later. Otherwise you cant beat their prices.
Would I use them again? Definitely Yes!!

Package not been delivered since December 8th. Customer support is ignoring all my requests for a refund and compensation!

Took a bit longer than expected. Tracking not always up to date, but the parcel got there fine and at a great price!
