This package has been lost in transit for over a month!!! They have refused to refund me or my customer!! I regret ever using this company. I stopped using them and then decided to give them a try again and they messed up again!! I will be calling my bank to reverse this charge!!
Update: It has been 6 months since this package was lost and they never refunded me my money. Never again!!

After more than two months, I was told that the package was lost. I doubt I will use this service ever again. Despite failure, they will not even refund the expensive shipping charges.
