Send this package jan 7th.. They cant give me a valid fedex tracking number and they just say its "stranded" in England cause of NOT covid, but brexit which is a lie!!!!!!!!

This is the WORST courier one can find. I mailed a package from the USA to Europe right after Christmas - over 7 weeks ago. The package still has not arrived; After several attempts to reach the courier, they state some nonsense about the UK no longer being in the EU and hence the delays.... Despite several attempts still no package, no tracking, and no information about when it should arrive. AVOID AVOID AVOID TRAKPAK. Pay the additional $ to get a proper courier service. BIG MISTAKE.

After paying for a 4-14 business day service 21 business days later and I still have no idea where my package is or when it will be delivered. Parcels I posted via USPS’s cheapest service arrived within 10days!!!!!

Please be informed you that we have an issue with in UK due to Brexit from EU and most of the parcels which sent on/after 22nd Dec is stuck in UK, because of requirement change in customs. Now we are managed to move hold parcels.
Also to avoid delay in process we have routed booking through Hermes instead of Trakpak.
Your parcel reached UK and it is waiting for scan and handover to Hermes. Soon you will able to get tracking information, also out for delivery. -
