Disappointed

The package was shipped on December 16th through drop off at local FEDEX to Czech Republic and 2 months later it is still missing. It's difficult not to have tracking info available - next time I will use UPS or DHL as they keep their tracking up to date since they seem to work on their own without an international partner. Received an update from Parcel Monkey 1 month ago that the package is held in UK due to Brexit issues but in the meantime other shipments sent through USPS made it to Czech Republic. At this point I think my package is lost and am not sure how to proceed with refund.

We have used your services to ship gift boxes to grandchildren to Ireland. We are very happy with the service. Our packages were delivered within very reasonable time and costs are affordable. Great tracking and customer service response to my inquiries was very prompt[t. Getting ready to ship more gift boxes.

Send this package jan 7th.. They cant give me a valid fedex tracking number and they just say its "stranded" in England cause of NOT covid, but brexit which is a lie!!!!!!!!

AVOID TRAK PAK - Poor customer service; no tracking; no communications.

This is the WORST courier one can find. I mailed a package from the USA to Europe right after Christmas - over 7 weeks ago. The package still has not arrived; After several attempts to reach the courier, they state some nonsense about the UK no longer being in the EU and hence the delays.... Despite several attempts still no package, no tracking, and no information about when it should arrive. AVOID AVOID AVOID TRAKPAK. Pay the additional $ to get a proper courier service. BIG MISTAKE.
