Poor service/Poor customer service

After paying for a 4-14 business day service 21 business days later and I still have no idea where my package is or when it will be delivered. Parcels I posted via USPS’s cheapest service arrived within 10days!!!!!

Please be informed you that we have an issue with in UK due to Brexit from EU and most of the parcels which sent on/after 22nd Dec is stuck in UK, because of requirement change in customs. Now we are managed to move hold parcels.
Also to avoid delay in process we have routed booking through Hermes instead of Trakpak.
Your parcel reached UK and it is waiting for scan and handover to Hermes. Soon you will able to get tracking information, also out for delivery. -

So far so good with this service. I've sent multiple packages to the UK, all have arrived safely. Time has varied a bit (Wales was slow), and tracking tends to drop off once the package is marked as leaving the US. But this is true of all services. Prices were fabulous!
