Terrible service, have asked Parcel Monkey for an update on this and another shipment that were sent within days of each other, they do not respond to my requests for info. Parcel was supposed to be delivered in 14 days max (collected before Christmas), no idea where the parcel is and we are now in March. Was given the reason of bad weather, the UK leaving the EU amongst others, none of which are valid for such a delay.
Terrible experience. Avoid.
Update. Parcel Monkey have contacted me today 4 months after the parcels were shipped to say they are lost, they are also claiming the packages were not covered by insurance, even though both methods of shipments I selected included some minimal cover. I wholeheartedly recommend to avoid this company, they are clearly not up to the standard needed o provide this kind of service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, PAID $50 FOR 4-14 DAY SHIP, IT'S BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND IT'S STILL ON HOLD, NO REFUND, I AM FURIOUS. ABSOLUTELY NEVER USING THIS HORRID SERVICE EVER AGAIN, BEWARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!!!

Package took 1½ months (31 business days) not 4-14 business days as advertized. It was stuck in Jersey from Jan 20 to Feb 3 when I contacted customer service and was told it was just sent - not true according to timestamps. Then it was delayed in Danish customs and charged VAT + fee because Jersey Post changed the custom declaration from gift to sale of goods. When told about this issue they claim their system can't do that however I can prove that they did.

Please be informed you that due to UK & most of the EU was under lockdown and also high in global volume, it was delayed in process.
Also the 4-14 workdays is mean that Business days.
For customs charge was imposed by import customs was not charged by us and destination charges need to pay by receiver. Also customs doc purely prepared by customer while booking and our system cannot allow us to change.

absolutely horrendous. my package never left the USA (Departure Hub) and 2 months later, is deemed lost.
AWFUL COMPANY.
DO NOT USE EVER AGAIN.
