0 star! DONT use their service! Its a joke

The worst experience ever! I sent a parcel to spain one year ago and they lost it! And there is no customer service phone to talk to! I tried to contact them via messages and the keep telling me to wait. It has been more than a year!! It’s a joke! The value was more than 500$ plus shipping.
Update: what do you mean by shipment old than 1 year? I ve been contacting you almost every month during this year and you keep finding excuses.. i need my parcel back

service takes a long time

This service took a lot longer than the advertised time. This happens more than it should and I don't feel that customer service do anything to help.
