WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The parcel I sent with this funny company just disappeared. It was my 3rd time shipping with them .
First and second time parcel arrived late but at least arrived. 3rd package as package #1 and #2 was sent to the very VERY same person , address etc... So now they said address was not correct and package was not delivered. And then NOTHING.
10+ messages to customer service. NOTHING.
So in conclusion NOT RELIABLE COMPANY TO SHIP WITH.Agent replied on 07/14/21
Regret for the inconvenience cause.
As we seen the parcels were delivered to customer. However the as communicated earlier, local post unable to contact or locate the address due to incorrect/invalid, which was cause of delay for delivery. -
