Worst Service Ever - they will refuse to compensate you for lost packages

I ship and receive parcels regularly, but I've never seen service as poor as this. This parcel was shipped almost FOUR MONTHS AGO with a declared value of $200. Customer service has acknowledged that they are unable to locate the package and is refusing to provide compensation. All TrakPak orders are supposed to include compensation for items shipped. TrakPak cannot be relied upon to comply with contractual agreements. It's like throwing away items you want to ship.

I ship and receive parcels regularly, but I've never seen service as poor as this. This parcel was shipped almost four months ago with a declared value of $200. Customer service has acknowledged that they are unable to locate the package and is refusing to provide compensation.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have already refunded you the full shipping cost to you account. Also we are working with delivery partner to locate for the parcel. Keep you update.
