Horrible customer service!!!

This package has been lost in transit for over a month!!! They have refused to refund me or my customer!! I regret ever using this company. I stopped using them and then decided to give them a try again and they messed up again!! I will be calling my bank to reverse this charge!!
Update: It has been 6 months since this package was lost and they never refunded me my money. Never again!!Agent replied on 02/22/21

Parcel Lost in Transit

After more than two months, I was told that the package was lost. I doubt I will use this service ever again. Despite failure, they will not even refund the expensive shipping charges.

Reliable service

Package delivered a week later than expected. But with Covid around the world still pleased that they delivered the package only one week late.

Parcel service works while being cheaper

Works well. Times vary depending on the current mailing conditions. Parcels from the US to Germany take 3-4 weeks from drop off till arrival. *But I guess this is due to the mailing by ship and not the parcel service.

Took it's time

The parcel did not arrive until after Christmas. I sent the parcel on November 25. It took almost 5 weeks to arrive.
