Lost packages

Sent two packages to Europe in Jan 2021 from the USA and they have disappeared into the Brexit black shipping hole. Cannot get updates.

Tracking?

I mailed a shipment to Paris from California on the 17th of March and have yet to receive any shipping updates whatsoever or any confirmation from the customer or the service courier that there has been any movement on this package. I am disappointed in the lack of communication.

Never got a package

Parcel Monkey and TrakPAK = you are the worst service in the world. I DEMAND a full refund (463usd) of the items in the package and shipping costs (68usd).

Regret to say the parcel was lost during transit, hence we have refunded you the full shipping cost and also additionally refund will be initiated by management.

Please Avoid

Terrible service, have asked Parcel Monkey for an update on this and another shipment that were sent within days of each other, they do not respond to my requests for info. Parcel was supposed to be delivered in 14 days max, no idea where the parcel is. Was given the reason of bad weather, the UK leaving the EU amongst others, none of which are valid for such a delay.
Terrible experience. Avoid.
Update. Parcel Monkey have contacted me today 4 months after the parcels were shipped to say they are lost, they are also claiming the packages were not covered by insurance, even though both methods of shipments I selected included some minimal cover. I wholeheartedly recommend to avoid this company, they are clearly not up to the standard needed o provide this kind of service.Agent replied on 03/01/21

Disappointed!

The initial courier didn't pick up the package as scheduled. I had to contact Parcel Monkey twice before they came back, a week later. Very disappointed!!!

Due to Covid situation and high volume there was an delayed to pickup the parcel. We have take a note of the issue and do the needful.
