Horrible, awful, dreadful "customer service". I do not have my parcel yet, it was sent on 14 October (writing this on 31 Dec). I have been asking them every single day what do they need from me, what is the update, where is my parcel - and all I get is some variation of "we'll get back to you". Will be filing an official complaint with the Ombudsman, as well as demanding my money back. Truly shocking lack of knowledge.
