Exorbitant undisclosed fees

I ship internationally frequently each year. I have used this service twice. Both times, the recipient had to pay very high fees in order to receive the packages. The fees were 150-200% of the shipping charges I paid. I have had no such issues with other service providers.

Thank you for your review and for choosing our service for your international shipping needs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected fees your recipients had to pay. As mentioned during the booking process, all our shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that if customs authorities impose any charges, the recipient is responsible for settling them. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control as they are determined by the government of the recipient's country.

It was a challenging start because of my first try but once all the papers were ready and shipped, the package was delivered ahead of its schedule. I am a very happy customer. I hope it will continue.
