Bad experience, I’ll not recommend it

When ParcelMonkey creates label, it will put its own email address for contact information [email protected], in my case the carrier UPS tried to contact me using this email address, and ParcelMonkey never forwarded communication from carrier to me using email or directly through their web site.
It was harsh when I tried to contact carrier about customs clearance issues while they sent emails to ParcelMonkey, I had 0 visibility on my own parcel customs clearance process. Now my packages are lost for good, because I didn’t respond within allowed time to email sent by carrier.
I used their customer service with a hope to know more about my parcel status, they’ve just read to me last update from carrier tracking service, I asked ParcelMonkey after 8 months of suffering through customs clearance process to send me emails that UPS sent to ParcelMonkey before they responded that they forward all communication from carrier to customers, but I know it is not true.Parcel Monkey replied on 04/26/24
