Parcel Monkey Shipping Company is absolutely terrible. It’s been over a month and my shipment still hasn’t been delivered. The tracking number was completely wrong, making it nearly impossible to locate my package. Their customer service refuses to take responsibility or issue any refund. I had a very bad experience and do not recommend using Parcel Monkey—beware!
