Terrible (non) service

Shocking service. Despite accepting the parcel at the depot the parcel never left its original destination, and then wasn't even delivered back to sender, the sender had to crawl around the depot to retrieve the parcel physically as the depot claimed not to have it (they did).
Now no refund even though the parcel never moved more than 2 yards from where it was dropped off.
Absolutely awful. -

I decided to use this service because it was recommended to me by a shipping agency, I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews. although this is my first time using this service, I am very disappointed. my package should have been 6-7 days according to the address entered, my package was dropped off at the postal location on the 5th and its now the 21st , and still have not been delivered. why in the world would a package to the Caribbean go to Duah cottar for delivery to the Caribbean, this is completely on the other side of the world. I certainly hope that this issue will be resolved, in a timely manner, or ill rethink about using this service going forward.

Price was great and when I went to the USPS to drop off teh package all the paperwork was 100% accurate and easy to process at the counter. My recipient in Mexico received the package right on time. Worked great.
