I sent a parcel from California to Bulgaria in early December 2017.
Parcel Monkey contracted shipping through USPS, but tracking has had no updates since December 17.
The parcel should have been delivered a month ago.
This package was for a paypal return, which can not be processed until it is delivered. As a result, I stand to lose both the $160 I paid PM for shipping and the $700 refund for the parcel. This is not acceptable service, and is actionable.
After contacting Parcel Monkey support twice, I have had significant delays before getting a response both times.Parcel Monkey replied on 01/18/18
