I will not be using this service again. Very disappointed! Lost package, unresolved claim. Not handled. So much work put in for it to be closed. Very messy and still unresolved. Waste of time, money and so frustrating!

10 days to go coast to coast.

Small parcel was dropped at USPS on July 7th. Today, July 16th it finally made it across the country. 10 days is way too long.
