#MonkeyTreats Terms and Conditions
- The promoter is: Parcel Monkey UK Ltd, whose registered office is at 21 Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Southampton, UK
- The competition is open to all residents of the USA except employees of Parcel Monkey and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The route to entry for the competition is via Twitter.
- Entries close every Friday at 12.00pm. The competition ends 29th November 2019. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: The competition can be entered by sending a shipment with Parcel Monkey and Tweeting using the hashtag #MonkeyTreats.
- One winner will be selected every Friday. To be eligible, entrants must have sent a shipment in the last 7 days and be able to provide a valid PM booking reference.
- The prize is as follows: Refund on one single shipment up to the value of $100.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
- Parcel Monkey UK Ltd will judge the competition and decide on the winner each week, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Twitter.
- The winner will be notified by DM on Twitter within 10 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Parcel Monkey ‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
- The entrant must be following @ParcelMonkeyUSA on Twitter in order to enter.
- Parcel Monkey shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
- Parcel Monkey also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
