Sending something back to Best Buy is nice and simple but check the Returns Policy before you send the goods back as it can be subject to change.
You can return your item in Store even if you have purchased it online. Take the receipt or packing slip along with you as well as the credit card you used to purchase the goods plus some photo ID.

Items that are returned to Best Buy will be reimbursed via the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. When returning a package to Best Buy via a mail option - once it has arrived and been processed a refund will be processed in 2-3 business days - but keep in mind it may take longer before the bank shows the funds back in your account.
