Absolutely terrible. They took my money for the shipment and then I never received my label. Once I got in contact with customer service they told me that the dimensions were too big. They never told me this when taking my money or they were never gonna tell me unless I got in contact with them. Complete waste of time and money.

Please note Maximum total length and girth cannot exceed: 98.42524 inches. Data provided calculates to 104 inches. Hence the booking has been cancelled and initiated refund. It will credit within 24hrs.

I have used this service several times and been satisfied with the outcome. Being able to process all the steps to mailing a parcel online is a bonus.

Reasonable price. I forgot to attach my customs document to the box that went out with UPS. Global E Parcel staff was very nice and helped me put that on. Box arrived at destination with no issues!
