PlEMS package never delivered

My package never arrived. Lost i guess. I will NEVER USE EMS again. UPS is good. EMS totally sucks. What a disgrace :(...I hope they can do something about it

Kindly note the parcel has been held at destination customs for inspection. Once it is cleared then it will handover to Bulgaria post.

Instead of the other services I have been using, I used EMS Parcel Post service. It has now been a couple of months and my package is stuck in some “customs clearance” in which nobody is answering the phone.

Regret to inform you that we do not have control over customs, as we informed request receiver to reach nearest Philippines post office.
