UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

My package took 33 days from drop-off to delivery. At no time during my order did Parcel Monkey indicate an estimate time this long.
For US$ 10 more my parcel would have arrived in 14 days via a competing service.
Checkout these tracked dates:
6 days from Bay Area, California to Chicago (by truck!)
6 days HELD in Chicago
2 days from Chicago to London
2 days HELD in London
14 days from London to Bangkok
3 days for clearance and delivery
33 DAYS TOTAL
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, these are all Major World Cities.
Why the long ground hold in Chicago and London?
14 days from London to Bangkok? (via the Suez Canal?)

Extremely Slow Service

EXTREMELY slow service. Small package from California to the Philippines and it has taken 2-weeks already and is STILL NOT there. Wow. Terrible.
Received a reply from a customer service agent that said exactly the following:
"The parcel is in transit to Philippines and it will delivered as agreed business days."
What is the agreed upon number of days? Where is the number?

Tracking was minimal and took a month to arrive.

When the US Post send my package to Russia, they charged me the similar amount, but it took 4 months and the parcel was returned to me. Parcel Monkey did a great job in spite of corona related ambiquity
