Unreliable tracking info.

Delivery is taking much longer than the stated delivery time. We are not getting updates timely. Now, the tracking says it has been delivered and the recipient has not received it yet. That doesn't make sense.

It took more than a month from ship date to arrival. BUT....it did arrive.
