Forced upgrade

Forced 300$ upgrade while underway due to undeclared parcel size limits. Couldn't track down limits anywhere.

Kindly note you were booked EMS service with details 8 lb (40 " x 14 " x 14 "), but physical dimenions & weight 4.45 KILOS 15.15X15.25X43.20 different while received and the maxmum length 42 inches allowed, so we unable to dispatch using EMS service.

Good price, slow to arrive

It took 26 days to get from the US to AU. Price was much cheaper. If you're not in a rush to have package delivered, it's worth it for the money savings.

Those guys claimed that my parcel was bigger than what i have declared and they charged me 3 times the initial offer.

Kindly note we informed to you on 22nd Oct with physical details 2.75KGS 57.50X4.75X4.75 inches of the parcel and upgraded into UPS service. However using ups for domestic transfer 1ZB37G900329884890 shipper from customer to our warehouse, they charged with addiitonal cost for over length cargo + handling charge.
