worst possible "service" that`s one star too many

Kindly note we have informed that physical dimensions & weight 24.60X24.60X12.60inches & 40.5lbs, however booking created with 20 " x 13 " x 7 " @ 35 lb which exceeded girth the limit to carry ems service.
Also we requested you to upgrade express service, but did not agree, so initited return to sender. -
