This service is good but more needs to be done in the country where the package is received the messaging and tracking needs to be refined very confusing I don't know where the message is originating or who to respond to a lot of confusion but with all this said everything seems to be working out so I'm happy

Slow Delivery

Took a very long time to get delivered. Longer than stated. Package to be delivered to Japan, sat in U.S. for several days, and then went from U.S. to London where it sat for another 5 days. Then finally shipped to Japan and sat for 7 days. Will not use EMS through Parcel Monkey if I can help it. Very stressful waiting for updates to track package's slow trip across the globe.
