Terrible Service and Breach of Contract of Carriage

Terrible service. Incredibly slow delivery from USA to Poland. Held at customs despite paperwork being correctly completed. Then failed to properly deliver to a corporate shipment center and returned to sender. Still have not received the returned package 3+ weeks later.
Edit: Support staff unhelpful and defensive, on occasion insulting. They are unable to process refund or provide return tracking or time estimate.Agent replied on 10/31/25
Regret for the inconveneince. As we informed the parcel was unsuccessful delivery attempt and initiated return by Poland post office. We tried to rearrane delivery but it was unsuccessful. We will keep you updted once the parcel returned.

parcel delivered with contents severely damaged. emailed several times, with no response from company. Very shoddy

Regret for the inconveneince. We have intiaited claim for the damaged items.
We will take action against delivery partner to avoid this kind of issue happen again. -

They gave clear instructions on how to drop off my package and they delivered slowly but at a very very low price. The tracking was there but not super helpful, I did not know when the package made the jump across the ocean but who cares if it arrives, and it did.
