Lost parcels and refuse to pay out insurance claim - AVOID!

Lost 4 parcels and are trying their hardest to avoid paying out the insurance. Worst shipping service EVER. I have been talking to them for 2 whole years and they just keep kicking the can down the line. They lie about the parcels being delivered. I have screenshots of the chats where they say that the parcels were returned to sender. Though they didn't arrive there either.

Kindly note that all bookings were shipped and delivered in the year of 2022.
We have provided details already in 2022. Currently we unable to track & trace all the information since its only valid 6 months. -

This service is great, it's a great option to send abroad. I never send to family anything because it is so expensive so I end up having to either take alot of luggage when I go to see them or not buy anything. I am a customer of them now, I would totally use them again.

Didn't know when i sent the parcel to a foreign country that it would get re -labeled .The shipping information on the Label confused me . Parcel after re-label added a few more dollars to the credit card on file . part arrived as plan
