We have provided all the information. Also the pacel was delivered within 12 days.

On average it takes far longer than UPS or DHL but in many cases it is much less expensive. I am satisfied. I would have given it 5 stars, but I was not given a JapanPost tracking number for the final leg of the journey. If I knew the tracking number in advance I could have arranged for a specific day and time for the post office to deliver it to me. Instead it just showed up at my home when I wasn't there.

Poor customer service

I sent my shipment on 6/5 and it hasn't delivered yet. Very poor and useless customer service, I'm begging them to return by shipment, they haven't. This is a scam, never use it.
Just to respond to the agent- If the parcel was lost during transit, what have you been waiting for over three months? Attach is reply from customer service from today.
“Unfortunately we have not received response yet from UK warehouse and following up with them. In the meantime we request claim team to process a claim”. This is not acceptable.Agent replied on 08/18/25
Apologies, We have already informed to you that, the parcel was lost during transit. We tried to locate the parcel, but unsuccessful.
So we initiated claim process for you. -
