It's better than I anticipated -

All things considered I am very pleased. Some things were broken along the way but I put most of the blame on the person who packed the boxes for me. I could track my 4 packages during the whole route. Los Angeles to Chicago to Newark to London to Athens to Rhodes. It took about a little bit more time - about 5 weeks instead of 3 but that was due to customs in Greece. And the price was great!

Smart phone stolen during transit

The phone was stolen from the package at some point during delivery.

horrible customer service - no answer for lost packages

horrible delivery services that has no contact information to speak with someone about my LOST package 10 months ago. I been sending chats and emails to parcel monkey representatives and I keep receiving the same automatic answer of an agent will get in contact and I end it up receiving the same response of need more information about the lost item.

Apologies for the inconveneince. We have checked your shipment and it was not cleared customs on 21st May 2023, after 10 days from the date of customs rejection the destiantion post initiated return to sender, but the return parcel not yet reached destination USA. We chased NL post to find the parcel but unsuccessful and provided you full refund. We will keep you informed once received and return to sender.
