I used Parcel Monkey to return an item to a seller in Hong Kong. The courier attempted delivery but failed and it was reported that the item was being held by courier. Later the address was listed as unknown and I was informed the parcel was being returned to me. It’s likely I won’t get my money back from the vendor. The courier should have informed me that the address was undeliverable and given me a chance to correct and/or the system should have kicked it out at the beginning of the process. Now I’m out another $75 for shipping an item I didn’t want.
