I have used this service to send packages overseas. They have been very responsive and offer several options - and a range of delivery times and prices. The whole process from start to finish has been easy to follow and everything is accounted for all along the way.

Never saw an update that the package left the USA. Worked out with credit agency.

I have mailed all in all 7 packages through EMS.
4 was delivered and it took 2 months for those packages.
Outstanding is 3 packages and still in Cape Town and not in Pretoria
That is why the review reads 3 x packages outstanding over 2 months

Its now 2 months almost and the 3 x packages in not in SOuth Africa yet. I am using Parcel Monkey alot. Which I could give them a zero satisfaction.
