Took a lot longer to arrive than expected

It took far longer to arrive than I was expecting.

Regret for the delay, we have found that the parcel was reached destinaiton on 25th Dec, due to peak season huge backlog in destion post office, it was delaed for delivery process.

Don't use unless you don't care when your package gets to its destination!

Slowest service EVER! Took 5 weeks to deliver a small package! Not to mention that it was impossible to reach someone in customer service.

We have checked the parcel was reached our facility on 7th Jan and delivered to customer in AU on 21st Jan, which was below the agreed period 21 days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I shipped my small package on 12/4/25. The absolutely gigantic wrong package was delivered on 1/17/26. The gigantic package was going to Mexico. I’m not even sure how this occurred. The amount of missteps that had to happen for this outcome is insane. I paid for the slower more expensive shipping bc the reviews were better. 21 days was the max time for it to be delivered. I will never use Parcel Monkey again and I hope they honor the insurance I paid for and refund the shipping cost. So ridiculous
