Use Parcel Monkey and EMS Parcel Post. You won't be disappointed!

I'm always extremely happy with Parcel Monkey and EMS Parcel Post. The package preparation instructions are easy to understand and you are able to select the service you would like. This recent package I sent to Russia via EMS Parcel Post arrived in a timely manner, in good condition, and the delivery person went above and beyond, delivering the package two times, with the second time to a different address, so that it would be received.

The item was supposed to take no longer than 14 days to deliver. Its already been 1 month and the parcel hasn't even left the country of origin.

USPS or FED EX?? TELL THE TRUTH WHEN OFFERING OPTIONS!!

Rather than advertize that this is a FEDEX service, TELL THE TRUTH - it was USPS air
It took absolutely forever for the parcel to arrive (obviously, with the pandemic you are going to get into the issue of longer than normal waiting times on items), but let's be serious - had I known that it was actually just being sent by regular post, I would have chosen the more expensive option of UPS to know that it would arrive in a timely manner. As it is, I am still waiting on boxes that I sent over three weeks ago.
Very deceptive.
