A package's journey of 31 days to destination

The package arrived at the destination intact. But this journey took over 31 days to get to Perth, WA from Long Beach, CA. Not sure where the delay was in the U.S. or not. I should be happy it arrived safely.

I have used PM for a dozen or so packages. I am happy with the service.
