Very unreliable courier parcel monkey

IF there’s negative star i’ll give it to them,
i will never ever use this courier again Parcel monkey, they should change their name to MONkEy business 7-16 days delivery became 2-3 months until now don’t know where my package is
i’ve sent something from different courier made it a month ago, my package 2 months in couple of days
i will recommend all my friends never to use this company and share it all over social media so they don’t make the same mistakes, covid19 is not to be blame like you always used to reason your delays other couriers had been moving!

NO ONE ANSWERS YOU ITS BEEN MONTHS SINCE I SHIPPED ONE ITEM.
7-16 DAYS MY A$$! AND I STILL AM NOT SURE WHY I WAS CHARGED ADDITIONAL MONIES!
