No issues, took 12 days from Chicago to Dubai. Asked FedEx when dropping off package what they would charge 220 usd. Paid 48 with Parcel Monkey...takes few days longer but worth wait.

Service works, but terrible tracking

Item was received in time and service was reasonably priced, however the status update tracking on parcel monkey does not work. You need to request customer service for updates constantly. It is not practical and frustrating to be honest.
