WORST SERVICE

This is such a worst service. Atleast, there is no basic information to the customer who uses this service. Support is team is so irresponsible.

Kindly note the shipment is in with India customs for inspection. As informed the receiver could received notification from them to submit relvant document to release the cargo. We also sent them an email to get further update from customs and waiting for their response. We will follow up and keep you updated.

I what crazy world is an electric skill saw considered a knife and therefore shipment is refused...OH Yes in EMS world! Such a scam...JS
