need to send a herbs tea to Australia which not able to get down there!, very satisfied with this option cheap good service, and is generally fast it took 17 day to get delivery, a little inconvenience with tracking in the beginning of sending phare is slow. it will not be the first time to use the service, it will be many more to come

My package was lost 5 months ago. I paid for insurance for the price of the items shipped but parcel monkey customer service kept avoiding my questions and promising a refund which never occurred. I asked for a phone number in order to talk directly with a representative and was not provided with one. Just empty promises that they would find a phone number for me. I have been in contact with them through chat for 5 months without a refund.
