I would leave zero stars if it was possible. I sent a package on December 20 with 14-21 business day shipping. I waited patiently with not many updates and then the package just stalled. I asked for more updates but just got messages saying that they were waiting for a response from the shipping company, or the flight itself. Nothing, for weeks. When I tried to go through EMS their contact info just sends you to USPS and the tracking number given doesn’t work in USPS system. It is now February 2 and it is still not delivered and hasn’t has an update since January 13. JUNK service of which I will never use again. What an absolute CF of a company.

EMS delivered as requested, HOWEVER there was additional shipping charges added over a week post delivery for 'rural addresses', which they refuse to refund - and there was no warning or indication when I put in for a quote that those quoted shipping costs were potentially going to be increased. After extensive conversation with customer service, AKA I had to write every 5 days because their 'we will get back to you' meant they would NOT get back to me - they have refused to refund. VERY unhappy, as I choose shipping services based on price, I input the address correctly, and this was 100% on their end.
