This service says 2 to 5 days international delivery. And it has been 10 days today and the parcel still hasnt been delivered

Good Morning - Thank you for the feedback. Your shipment is on hold in the destination country for payment of taxes. Once your receiver pays the taxes due the shipment will be delivered
