Everything went smoothly from the collection to the delivery into the UK. My only problem came when it reached the UK customs department, who held the suitcase until today apparently!

Recipient had to pay a 40GBP customs fee despite the package being marked clearly as a gift.

Hi Sean - Unfortunately we don't control what customs charge in the destination country. That is charged by the country where you are sending the item to.
