Everything went smoothly. Transferred a very heavy box of books from a small town in the Midwest of the USA to my small town, small island in the South China Sea. Everything was completed in one week.
It was a little bit unclear (and stressed out) about where my labels and manifest should be attached to my box, but I must have done it correctly because everything arrived in good order.

It was ok in general. Shipping price still is cheapest. The shipment took a few days longer than it used to be this time. There was little surprise when I first quoted the price. The quote was very inexpensive for an international shipment. I was so happy. However, it turned out it was for the shipment within the US even an international destination was provided. So don't take the quote seriously. There was a software bug in the web quote page. Hopefully it is fixed by now.

Very fast & affordable. Have used it many times for places worldwide.
Only 4 stars because international tracking information is not available except via PM account. International tracking numbers have to be requested from PM. Extra effort wastes too much time. It should be addressed & all updated numbers automatically forwarded to senders.
