Frustrating

Package us paid for but there trying to act like its a cod at destination. I have proof its already paid for , i didnt send a cod

The COD you refer to is actually Import Taxes and Duties for the destination country which we do not collect as we are not responsible for that. It is charged by the destination country upon entry into the country -

First time user and I think it's a good concept. A couple of suggestions starting with improving the instructions and chat on your web site which are not the best. I had a question about how to have a package picked up, sent a chat and got a response two days later. In the meantime a Fed Ex guy showed up to pick up the package.
Bottom line our friend in England received the package, we paid a lot less than other services. I will use Parcel Monkey again ...Agent replied on 05/31/18

It's quick, cheap, and very convenient. Delivery time was fast, (shipped from US to UK), and I couldn't be happier! I'll definitely be using this again in the future.
