The pickup time was for the whole day, which I would have appreciated more precision on that front. Other than that it worked fine and my package was sent in a timely manner. There more than day of delay before I knew it had been shipped and tracked correctly, which was a little unsettling, but it all worked out. I would use the service again.

I have no idea whether it is the courier or parcel monkey but once you pay for the service there is no tracking and you have no idea where your goods are. Then you use the messaging service and there's no response there as well. How can they stay in business with such woefully systems
